Providing professional photography of public, commercial and private building and structural architecture (exterior) in the Melbourne, Gippsland, Latrobe and Bass Coast regions.

Included in the architecture photography price:

Architecture photography - high resolution, perspective corrected, up to 15 print ready interior photographs.
Captured image file processing (print ready image file creation).
Export of print image files to create additional image files ready for use in websites, emails, brochures, catalogues.
Photographs held in a searchable client image catalogue for future work.
Captured image file backup and storage (On-site and off-site backup).
CD or DVD (disc) provided to client containing all processed and finished photos:

Print ready image files (photos) up to ~36 megapixel image resolution (fully corrected ready for printing).
Images sized (on longest image dimension) for:
- Sending via Email [800 pixels]
- Websites [240 pixels, 480 pixels and 1024 pixels]
- Advertising print materials [15 cm (6 inch) and 30 cm (12 inch)]
Disc fully labelled with location, date, subject information, etc.

Minimum charge for a single location shoot is $275.

Architecture Photography: house, restaurant, office, gallery, theatre, stadium, city skyline, bridge, infrastructure, etc.
$125 per hour shooting	Including: one photographer with necessary professional photography equipment.
$275 per standard house	Standard 3 bedroom house (exterior can be photographed in 1 to 1.5 hours).
$375 per large house	3 bedrooms or more with additional features (pool, spa, games room, tennis court, etc.).
$40 per hour of travel	Excess travel time for locations greater than ~1 hour of photographer travel time.
Add-ons (digital image processing)
$10 per DVD disc	Additional DVD disc authoring and labelling.
$30	Create Monochrome (Black & White) print ready image file versions [in addition to colour images).
$75	Create toned/colour manipulated image file versions (sepia, high colour, desaturated, etc.)
$150	Create stylized image file versions (vintage, retro, distressed, HDR, painterly, sketch/pencil, etc.)

Do professionally captured photos really make a difference for architecture photography?

Yes. An actual photographer will know the best angles and locations to shoot from. Photographers usually have special lenses to deal with perspective errors. A photographer will tend to stop buildings from tapering from the bottom to the top of the photo. Architecture photos taken by a photographer will be square and straight at the correct exposure - even on a very bright or dark day. Key features of the architecture will usually be highlighted in a pleasing way to give a better feel to the architecture photos. The subject will have all the detail without sacrificing the surrounding features such as the clouds in the sky (no burn out).

How does photograph copyright work for this type of photography service ?

Jason Sullivan Photography retains copyright on all photographs, images, artwork and design materials captured and/or created by Jason Sullivan Photography. As part of the photography service the customer or client has full usage rights of the photographs for sales advertising and client business service promotion. The customer or client is not licensed to resell or distribute the photographs, images, artwork and design materials to third-party partners or client organisations without the express permission of Jason Sullivan Photography.

A few key things to note:

Depending on the building or venue the number of print ready image files (photos) delivered on DVD may vary. Usually the disk will contain at least 8 finished photos showing the exterior architecture at a variety of perspectives highlighting key features of the building overall design and structure. In many cases the DVD will contain up to 15 (sometimes more) print ready image files showing the architecture in detail.

If you are promoting or advertising a prominent real estate location, this package will cover everything you will need.

The entire property will be photographed inside and outside in full detail using professional grade camera equipment with perspective correction lenses and photography techniques.

A DVD (disc) will be provided to you containing all processed and finished photos:
